3. Spreadsheet Data and Product Use

CleanSheet is designed to analyse spreadsheets locally inside Microsoft Excel.

  • Spreadsheet data is processed within the active Excel session
  • CleanSheet does not store, retain, or back up spreadsheet content
  • CleanSheet does not transmit spreadsheet data to CleanSheet servers
  • Spreadsheet data is not used for training AI models

Customer spreadsheet data remains under the customer’s control at all times.

4. Personal Data We Collect

We may collect limited personal data for business and operational purposes, including:

  • Name
  • Business email address
  • Company name
  • Job title

We do not collect spreadsheet content, workbook data, or analysis results.

5. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data only where necessary to:

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising networks.
