End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the CleanSheet Excel add-in (“CleanSheet”). By installing, accessing, or using CleanSheet, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use CleanSheet.

1. Licensor

CleanSheet is licensed by:

Registered in England and Wales

2. Licence Grant

Subject to this EULA, CleanSheet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the CleanSheet Excel add-in for your internal business purposes.

This licence does not transfer ownership of CleanSheet or any related intellectual property.

3. Scope

CleanSheet operates as a Microsoft Excel add-in using the of Use

Office add-in framework. You may use CleanSheet only:

  • Within Microsoft Excel
  • In accordance with applicable laws
  • In accordance with this EULA and any agreed licence terms

Use of Microsoft Excel is subject to Microsoft’s own terms and

You must not, and must not attempt to:

    code from CleanSheet
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of CleanSheet
  • Circumvent licence controls or usage restrictions
  • Use CleanSheet in a way that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with the operation of the add-in

5. Data and Content

CleanSheet is designed to process spreadsheet data locally within Microsoft Excel.

  • CleanSheet does not claim ownership of your spreadsheet data
  • You retain all rights to your data
  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and use of your data

Outputs generated by CleanSheet are informational and must be reviewed before reliance.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in CleanSheet, including software, branding, documentation, and related materials, are owned by CleanSheet Automation Ltd or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this EULA.

7. Updates and Changes

CleanSheet may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements from time to time.

Updates may modify or remove features and may be subject to additional

Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated.

CleanSheet may suspend or terminate your licence immediately if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using CleanSheet and uninstall the add-in.

9. Disclaimer

CleanSheet is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanSheet makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

CleanSheet does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanSheet Automation Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Decisions made based on use of CleanSheet

Total liability under this EULA shall not exceed the fees paid for CleanSheet in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
